Soccer, Volleyball, Takraw, and Plain Athleticism

Most Pro Footvolley Tour athletes are former Division I soccerplayers.  The range of college soccer programs is national in scope with athletes from the West Coast, Northeast, South East, and from smaller junior college programs as well.  Volleyball is by nature a sport where many excellent footvolley athletes come from.  A beach volleyball player quickly adapts to the similar positing that footvolley requires.  Takraw athletes have excellent feet skills which make the transition to footvolley also not that difficult.   Over the past few years, takraw athletes have fared very well in international competitions.

International Athletes

The Pro Footvolley Tour welcomes international participation.   Squads from Holland, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Germany, France, Colombia, and Brazil are always welcome to come and mix it up with our US-based squads.
